Prompt, same day service, but do not let these guys quote you when they get there, definitely hold them to a quote before they start work. Very expensive, at least double reasonable rates.

I called GM locksmith to help me create a new key for my car, unfortunately every other locksmith place charged a service fee just to drive to my house. Gm locksmith did not charge for a service fee and created a new key for a very low price. i recommend this place to anyone who needs a new key!

Very disappointed. Was originally quoted around 30 to get into a simple bedroom lock. He was unable to get in so he ended up having to drill it out and bumped the price up to 75 for a busted lock. Cool! Would not recommend. If you do use then be VERY clear in the pricing up front.

The owner is a lie and cheat with zero business integrity. He quoted me $29 to come out, meaning it would be more for the performance of the job, so I asked how much the total would be and he said $60. The technician came out, who was really polite however, began to vigorously jiggle a tool in the key while, similar to what I did with a bobby pin. He ends up drilling out the lock, great. He tells me the total was going to be $90?! After a quote of $60, a ruined door knob and offers to replace the door knob for $50 extra, yeah right. I called his boss who said I miss understood the quote and that

Just had service done; owner quoted $40 minimum; service took less than 5 minutes and they tried to charge me $100. Subcontractor, who did the work, was caught in the middle.

I was not available to be home when they came to fix my car. They charged me $320.00 to make a key for my car that i can not use. Its just a blank key???? i e mailed the company with no reply i also called the guy that worked on my car and he told me it works now with your key. thats because he took the blank key and put a pair of vise grips on the key and forced the key to turn. So please explain to me the $320.00 charge I never did get anyone to call or e mail me back. ?
