We are extrememly pleased with Patty and all the great people at PerLora! This is our third time working with them, and Patty could not have been more helpful. After visiting our home, she created a layout for us and helped us select colors for our furniture and area rug. She has great attention to detail, and we're so excited for our new livivng room! I am extremely happy with my dinette set and kitchen stools that I purchased from PerLora Furniture. Quinn did an amazing job recommending and customizing the perfect items to complement my kitchen. The delivery department, led by Shawn, was very accommodating and thorough in making sure that everything was in perfect order before they left my house. Overall, a tremendous experience and the furniture is of the highest quality and very unique!

Perlora is without a doubt the best furniture store in Pittsburgh. Perry and Laura have great taste and they are wonderful people. I always tell them they better never leave Pittsburgh!! They are a classy outfit in a town that is severely lacking in the retail scene. They are the closest thing to an artsy and creative furniture store in New York than anything else here. I purchased an American Leather sleeper sofa. These sofas are around double the price of most all others but it’s worth it. The sofa totally disassembles to get it in tight spaces. The bed is a full queen size and doesn’t sag in the slightest like all others. The opened bed is a good 6 inches shorter than the standard sofa bed. It’s the only truly… usable sleeper sofa I was able to find. Perlora’s sales people know the product very well and will make sure you know how it works and get you the best model for your space. Without a doubt, very nice furniture. But comparatively more expensive than other places. Was not thrilled with the customer service, you'd think for spending some thousands of dollars you would get free leather conditioner an/or free shipping. Girl told us she would call back to give us some names of places for free donation/removal, she didn't of course. The owner of Perlora ought to take some MBA basics of Sales Management to instruct his employees on the limits of authority they have (if he gives any) so they can speak intelligently of what they can do to make a sale, as well as teaching
