Chuck Whitaker used to have a 5 star rating. We contacted him for roofing & repair estimates a few years ago. After he didn’t get back to us in a timely manner, he came back around and we agreed to have him roof the cottage. His delay was costly as the tarpaper he tacked over the roof didn’t hold and the roof leaked in causing the ceiling and insulation to collapse inside! After this he had a crew come out and put a metal roof on. We had them expand the kitchen area at the same time. His crew “finished” the roof, but never finished the expansion. They never finished the bottom, never finished

This company was recommended by our local Mernards. I spoke to someone that indicated he was the owner and set up a time and date for a quote and he was a NO SHOW. Complete lack of respect, if you don’t do small jobs then just say so and understand that when we me, family or friends do need a bigger job we won’t forget how we were treated.

My mother in law had 2 other roofing companies do her roof and the roof leaked both times. We contacted Whitaker Constuction and they came and gave an amazing estimate very prompt and we hired them.. They came and done the job and there has not been any issues with leaking. Also Whitaker construction is out of the Monticello area and this job was done in Demotte Indiana. So it was a travel for them, but they done a wonderful job. Very highly recommend.

Whitaker construction put a new metal roof on my home. I had a shingled roof that every year shingles would blow off and my roof would leak very frustrating.mr. Whitaker came to my home in the evening to scope my roof and educate me on the advantages of a metal roof. I always wanted a metal roof but didn't think I could afford it. well I was wrong Mr. Whitaker gave me a estimate that I couldn't turn down. Mr. Whitaker's crew showed up to my home and did a extremely great job. very knowledgeable and respectful of my property. I love my roof and I glad I had it done. I am very grateful to Mr. Whitaker
