Asked specifically if they offer full service moving INCLUDING PACKING. They responded yes and that it would be 3 men, 1 truck, $350 for the first two hours and then $75 per half hour after that. So I went ahead and reserved their services a week ahead of time. Upon arrival the movers were very unprofessional! They stated they have never done any packing, all they did was move the big stuff. So I was left with plenty of packing and moving myself. Very disappointed and do not recommend for multiple reasons
- they didn’t wrap up our white couch and it arrived very dirty
- they ran over our mailbox at the new house and didn’t tell us or take accountability
- Our baby crib is was not wrapped, it is all scratched up. They spent an extended time working to put it back together and apparently gave up on it so the mattress has been sideways in it since. I’ve had to call asking them to fix this multiple times over the last two weeks and they still haven’t come out to fix it.
- several pieces of furniture were covered in debris including

IT was a move from hell, cost me More. But the guys were great. They never stopped or gave up. He did tell me, It was going over my budget. I ended up owning them money. It was the next month. But I did pay them. I believe in keeping my word. I should planed better, but they got me here. They are Dependable..

I wish I can give 0 stars. Never showed up. Called the office 30 mins after our quote time. The person in the office told us it would be another hour. Waited 2 hours to call back. I guess they recognizedmy husband's number and didn't pick up. I used my phone and....he picked up. He told us that he would get an ETA from the driver and call us back. No call!!!! Left several mesaages......nothing! Don't waste your time with these people. Highly unprofessional!

STAY AWAY! They should have 0 stars. They must be planting reviews because I have never experienced anything like this from a business. I called and was told they’d be out the next day to move my piano. They never showed up. I called, left voicemails, and never heard a thing. I’m just thankful I didn’t lose any money, but it sure messed up my weekend.

It took me forever to put this review in, but DZ moving helped me move last July. AJ and James were awesome. They gave me an awesome rate for moving my furniture to a storage unit, keeping it there for a month and then moving it into my new home. They crushed everyones rates and the service could not have been better. I have an electric reclining couch and one of the cords was torn during the move (stuff happens) and Stan had someone out there the following day to fix it at not cost. Could not have asked for a better experience!

This company was contracted to deliver a custom retro refrigerator to us. AJ and James were the movers and were excellent. They had to remove parts of our door to ensure there were no scratches and were able to get it safely inside. They took their time uncrating it being ever so careful. We highly recommend both of these men, they are true professionals.

We used DZ Moving for a move from Louisville to Columbus, Ohio & were very pleased with our service! Prices were far less than quoted national moving companies! They didn't require box or item counts to provide a price, just an estimate as to what would fit in the truck.
Our movers, James & David, packed the truck tight and got all our belongings safely to our new home! When unloading the truck they would make sure to ask us where boxes & furniture should be placed. They were a kind, professional moving team and would definitely recommend them to anyone moving to/from the Louisville

Dave & AJ did a fabulous job moving my girlfriend & I out of our one bedroom apartment and into our new apartment. This only took them 2 hours to have us COMPLETELY moved!!! They were professional, outgoing, and made sure our move went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend these movers to anyone who asked. Thank you Dave & AJ for a fabulous 2 hours of hard work & determination! We are so happy to be moved out of our old place & moved into our new place in just a couple of hours!

Update: since my first review, we have noticed that a speaker and a chair are missing. My husband has called Stan several times and he has done nothing. He eventually asked one of the guys and there must have been some "miscommunication". We can't get our chair back because the guy doesn't have a car. I bet Stan has a car. The speaker was at the bottom of our stairs playing music when they came into our house. My husband turned it off and didn't move it. Somehow, we just can't find it now. Stan says he believes his guys over us, so we'll trade this review for

DZ Was supposed to move us today, however they left my husband sitting in his car for four hours waiting to open the garage for them and no show no call!! The least they could have done was to call, we would not have been happy however my husband would not have been sitting out in the heat for four hours with an injured hand he only has one usable hand!! To tell someone that you're going to take care of their move and they do this is horrible! My husband spoke with them and they said they were on the way and two hours later no one had shown up and no one answered the phone! If this is how

Used DZ twice before and was satisfied. Tried to book this week and no return call or answer to an email inquiry. Thankfully I had another moving company call me back and got them booked. I was concerned about other DZ reviews indicating tardiness so that combined with the fact that calls are not returned same day led to a lost customer.

My boyfriend and I just moved two days ago. I've never really had movers help me so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was completely used to the long hours and strenuous work of moving either by myself or with a couple of friends and family members to always help. However, the hardest part I had to accomplish of my moving process was packing. (Not hard at all) The movers showed up on the time, extremely friendly, personable, and efficient. Was told the movers would be at my house to move between 2-3 PM. They didn't show up until 7:50 PM and they were told by the boss (Stan) that we only had a 1 bedroom house when in fact we had a 3 bedroom house, so they brought a truck that was too small. It took two loads over two days to complete the move when it should've been completed on the one day. No discounts were given or awarded, even though it was the manager's fault.
On the flip side, the movers were great and very courteous/nice. I'd recommend paying for a Uhaul and the movers...would be much cheaper.

Pickup day: the movers were 4 hours late, which means they showed up at 5pm, though this wasn't initially a deal breaker; I soon learned that their tardiness is habitual, if not instinctual. To make matters worse, they were dead tired and moved at half pace--even admitting several times that they were moving very slow and that they were over worked.. Fine--we're all humans and get tired, I get it. But they will try to bill you their normal rate.

DZ Moving & Storage has the best simple pricing system-- an hourly rate that includes the movers and truck. Brilliant!
We had a complicated house closing, and the moving time and date had the be changes a few times the previous week. Stan always retuned my calls quickly and worked with me on making it work.
The guys showed up a few minutes early and started before they were on the clock. They worked great together as a team and it was obvious they have a lot of experience. Nothing was scratched or broken.
