I have been using Walt Massey now since July. I bought a used ram and wanted to use them as they were the closest to me (still a 35 minute drive). I had warranty issues with the truck the first time out and they ordered the part and installed it with no issues. After that it seemed like I couldn't get anything out of them again. The radio (which was the warranty part that had to be replaced to begin with) started malfunctioning, I call them tell them what it's doing and they tell me oh you got to pay to have it updated. I tell them no because the old one worked fine why now do I

After buying a "NEW" jeep from Walt Massey Jeep, I started having problems with the jeep. They sold me a jeep that had problems with leaking, visors had spots, I found the tire jack was all rusted. It was as the new jeep they sold me, had been under water. After giving WM the opportunity to make it right they told me there was nothing they could do that I needed to work with Jeep manufacturer and not them. If you buy a new jeep from WM, make sure you have it checked out. Less than one year of buying the new jeep, I was so over it I traded it in with less than 5k miles. I went to Autonation
