Ken from Aztec Pressure Cleaning and Painting painted the exterior of my home. He is understanding and listens to what the customer wants. He recommended Duration Paint by Sherwin Williams and the house looks great. Ken made sure we were completely satisfied with his service. Don’t be disappointed like myself. I thought I was receiving a gorgeous re-painted, instead I received a house the looks half painted. Ken really sold me on the quality of the paint and his work. The quality of the paint is great but the work quality is not. Ken uses a sprayer and left parts of the house unprinted. He also doesn’t believe in taping or covering widows and is very messy (see attached pictures). There was paint all over my front yard rocks, water hoses, windows and the neighbors truck. I have had several painting jobs done by Ken and they have all turned out beyond my expectation. Ken is very knowledgeable, professional and very detailed in his work. Ken's a very nice person and will acknowledge what the customer wants so recommend. He painted my home and cleared coated the stone on my home. He used Sherman Williams Duration with a lifetime warrant to paint my home. My home looks so GREAT! His price is better than anybody's out there.

I had scheduled multiple quotes from every painting company I could find and Aztec by far had the best price. My home was completed in a timely manner. They fixed issues with my house that were not included in my quote at no extra charge. They wanted the job done right and they have pride in what they do. This is the 3rd visit in a little over a year, and each time, Ken has done a miraculously job on our tiled roof eliminating awful debris from pigeons. His work has been thorough and professional. His fees are reasonable for the detailed work and risks he takes going up to dangerous heights to leave nothing awful behind. While we have these pigeons returning in smaller quantities, and Ken has installed spikes and chicken wire to prevent nesting, we will engage him again as necessary.
