Chase Williams heads our Heating and Air department. He got his start in the HVAC while serving in the United States Army. He went to Refrigeration School at Fort Lee, Virginia and came home and began working for various contractors in Western Kentucky. He fell in love with the people he worked for and the trade.
Regular maintenance of your HVAC and Plumbing systems is needed to maintain efficiency and overall longevity. Williams Heating & Air offer maintenance plans to cover these systems for you. Repair charges necessary to correct defects discovered by this maintenance will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We have experience maintaining many commercial HVAC units for businesses covering a five county area. We offer Coleman products for all of our commercial clients. Williams Heat and Air offers scheduled preventative maintenance at an affordable cost. We offer service agreements annually or one time service calls to keep your unit running in tip top shape without unforeseen break downs.

I called this company on a Monday morning at 8:00am because the pipes under my house burst and I was told I world receive a call back from a plumber. Then at Noon the next day I called back, no answer, so I left a voicemail. Still I didn't receive a call back. So, I called again the next day (Wednesday) at 8:00 am left another voicemail and never received a call back. Very unprofessional! If you're in an emergency situation I would NOT recommend this place!

In the repair business, not all jobs are created equal. Sometimes it's a quick fix, but sometimes a simple problem becomes an ordeal. The Williams' guys thought they'd be able to clean out the fins and replace the capacitor, but while they were working the fan and compressor both proved faulty. While they could have given up and charged me for a whole new unit, they worked diligently to get it running again without charging an arm and a leg. So I try very hard to be fair in and understand companies can get busy at times, as I am a small business owner myself. But I called this company once a few weeks back to have someone call me about an AC problem I was having in my camper. Young lady answered the phone and stated someone one will call me. Well never got the call. So again, I am fair, people get busy, I call a week ago, wanting someone to call me regarding a HVAC quote for our pole barn house thats getting close to being done. Well guess what, young lady answer's, states someone will call you the next day. Still no call, nothing

Asked them to simply inspect the entire system on a home just purchased and perform any necessary task to make it right prior to my family moving in. He claimed to have done this, said all was good with system, and said he put his hand on every section of duct work looking for holes and all was good even though he thought it was exceptionally cool under home. Then he followed up with "you'll need to insulate a section of duct work". Well first he should have done this because I was very clear about making it right since I know nothing about these systems. We were very pleased with using Williams to replace the HVAC system in our house. The technicians were very professional, and answered any questions that we had. One of the technicians even vacuumed up the utility room after the install had been completed. We will continue to use Williams for our HVAC needs.

Getting my units replaced was a great experience with Williams Heat and Air. The estimate was quick and fair. They were in and out in a single day to replace two complete heating and AC units! I actually had some plumbing issues the day of the estimate and they had a plumber out in an hour to help me out. The plumbing side was just as great as the HVAC! All around great business to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC or plumbing work.

WOW! Where do I start? Simply put, this company CARES! We have only lived here 2 years and always seem to have difficulty getting local businesses to either pick up or call us back. Not only does Chase pick up but he will respond immediately through email or text! He will move mountains to make you feel like you are his #1 priority!
