My Experience with The Garage Door Guys was excellent. From the first call through the installation. Everyone was polite, I received a brochure with information quickly, the appointment set up was easy and all went great. The installation tech called to see if he could come early which was perfect. He came, quietly installed and gave me great info on how to work the system. He exercised caution for COVID and was quite pleasant! Great job!

We had a fantastic service experience when working with The Garage Door Guys. On Friday afternoon at 4 pm we had a significant problem with our garage door. It was partially open at an angle and would not open or close. We were frantic for help and couldn't wait until Monday. A gentleman arrived a little after 5 and worked for over an hour. Our expectation was that the door could be secured for the weekend but that we would have to wait until the following week for a full repair. The skilled technician made a complete repair on Friday. I wanted to share our wonderful experience with this company during our build. Working with Tim McBrayer made the process of finding the perfect door for our pool house and garages a breeze. My husband and I reflect about working on this aspect of the project as by far the easiest and most seamless. Folks can't stop talking about how beautiful these are when they visit. Opening up the black ones poolside during day and shutting when the bugs start becoming bothersome still makes you feel like you are outdoors. Just beautiful. Thank you.

We had an issue with our garage door - just stopped working for no apparent reason. We called The Garage Door Guys and they were professional, timely, clean (didn't leave a mess behind), and were reasonable in their price. If ever we need garage repair or a new one we will only go with The Garage Door Guys. I highly recommend them - you won't regret giving them a try.

Our garage door was from 1980 and had not worked in years. Brandon form Garage door guys came out and replaced it with a much updated version!! It gave our home the face lift it needed! I’m so impressed by how quiet it is as well!! Doesn’t make a sound opening a closing. Brandon was personable and professional. Over the top service! We found them through a big box store where we bought our garage door. We paid for installation and Garage Door Guys were installers. Installed a year ago. Showed up on time and did the work quickly. We've had no problems until recently, 1 year later. 2 bolts into our 30+ year old wood worked loose. We were told we had to work through the big box store. The big box store responded with "we'll take the steps but no guarantees that it will be fixed today". We were worried that the door wasn't safe to open and close and our vehicles were still in the garage. I called Garage Door
