High quality work overall. A few communication issues that resulted in confusion, but ultimately they worked to make things right. The crew was very friendly and careful, and did a fantastic job with a yard cleanup. I got the sense that issues I ran into with my job are not something that would expected on a regular basis, just came down to timing with owners being out of town and other factors. I would happily recommend their services to anyone looking, and gladly hire them again!

Jacob W. was the estimator and project manager for my backyard renovation. He did an outstanding job keeping me informed of start and finish dates and made some excellent suggestions for the work. I have been looking around for landscaping services this year. We had bad experiences in the past where the other services we used were not consistent in keeping their schedule. I requested a quote last week from Preferred Landscape. I was contacted the day after by Geronimo to arrange an appointment. He showed up at the agreed upon time and even a bit earlier then I had expected. So far my impression is very favorable of this company and their employees. We have had Dave & his diligent crew help us multiple times with landscape design & yard maintenance. They have created stairs, put in water sources, sprinkler system repair, planted, fall & spring clean-up, & our favorite landscape lighting. Front the initial bid, to the final finish, the entire process was amazing. Dave was awesome at communicating all the steps and procedures. The crew was hard working, respectful, clean, and precise with the job description we agreed on. My wife and I are so happy with the final outcome of the project. It’s hard to envision at the time of the estimate exactly how things will come to fruition. But They absolutely left no doubt we chose the right company for our project.

Called Preferred Landscaping for removal of wall of Arbor Vitae planted by previous homeowners. Trees were removed in first day, opening up a great view! The next two days, Preferred came back and ground out the stumps to allow the new landscape and fence to go in. Quick, all foliage was removed, stumps were removed, quickly and with minimal disruption. I can't wait to see the landscaping go in!

Preferred did a backyard overhaul in Dec'17 including new shrubs, garden boxes, gravel pathways, new sod with better drainage and pavers topped off with a updated sprinkler system and drip lines. In May'18, they turned on the sprinkler system and fixed a few leaks within 1-2 days of calling. When I turned on the sprinkler system last weekend (Apr'19), one valve was leaking. Dave honored his work and replaced the manifold valve within 1 week of my text to him. I couldn't be happier with the work, and recommend Preferred for their outstanding customer service.
