Pulling into work is a self-affirming experience for Debbi Somers. Commandeering the northeast corner of a commercial complex about a javelin's throw west of the Las Vegas Strip is where you'll find a 57,000 square foot facility with her surname displayed in huge signage on the exterior. Driving through the parking lot to the office, you pass a fleet of semi-trucks; each has "Somers" emblazoned on the front of its hull.

* I ordered 2 loungers from you to match the set of 4 that I already ordered from you
* I was traveling when your Rep called me to approve the order and she sent me a photograph to approve. It was the same chair I ordered previously and seemed straight forward.
* You clearly admitted it was your mistake in an email.
* Now you propose the resolution that I pay for the ENTIRE order at your cost to have it done correctly, including shipping, receiving, and delivery.
* Attempted several phone calls and you never called back
Unfortunately I trusted that you knew your business and I NEVER

Durable, custom-made, quality furniture (yay!)...with a hefty price tag (boo!). Not even gonna try & lie to you about that. You'll hafta to bust open some piggy banks to be able to afford anything here.
Somers has made furniture for many casinos, restaurants, & bars around town. So you know that if their furniture can withstand the abuse from these high traffic areas, they'll be fine in your private residence.
