We are so grateful for the continued wonderful service from Buckhalter, and specifically Chester, over the years! We have an older system, and are big believers in keeping appliances well maintained and running as long as possible. In the past few years, our unit has had some issues with capacitors and leaking coolant. Chester is our primary technician, and always takes the time to not only troubleshoot and fix the issue (permanently!), but also to explain the solution to us. Buckhalter always answers the phone and is able to quickly send a technician, even on a Friday night in summer! We are happy

Buckhalter Hearing and AC saved me!! I was scheduled for a $10,000 new AC system from a local AC company that told me that my compressor was finished!! I had been without AC for 2 weeks waiting for the nee AC! I decided on the day of scheduled install to have another opinion. Buckhalter’s men came, took apart everything & for an hour plus took the time and found that it was simply a loose wire on the board!!! Cost me $139.00 instead of $10,000.00!!! They saved me big time!! A month later my AC is still working perfectly! Thank you Buckhalter Heating & AC!!

Setting up an appointment was easy, and I was even able to get an appointment much sooner than I expected. I was kept informed about the time of arrival, and the technician arrived on time. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and cooperative. The work was expertly done in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Buckhalter Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone needing repairs on HVAC equipment.

Had 3 representatives from Buckhalter come to my unit today to repair the HVAC. They were professional, courteous and efficient. The air handler in my unit was very old and they had to completely rebuild the box and redo all of the connections. They got it all done the same day and I barely noticed they were here. Great job 👍

I came home the day after Christmas to my house that was 39 degrees. I had left the thermostat @ 67!! I called Buchalter as I had purchased my ac/heat system from them. By the end of that day 6pm Chester had my heat going for me. I was very grateful. His cheery attitude helped, too. Definitely will be using them again.

I am glad we chose Buckhalter Heating and Air to replace our A/C unit. From the first phone call I was treated like a valued customer. Charles is polite, knowledgeable, and prompt to respond. They offered fair and competitive prices when compared to other companies. Their installers were on time, polite, and worked very well together. They did exactly what they said they were going to do without any surprise charges. There is a reason why they have a 5 star rating.

Our old AC finally quit on us. We called 2 other AC companies and then a co-worker recommended Buckhalter. From the moment I called them I knew they were going to be the most honest company.
They were very responsive and on time. They came out put freon in our old system to hold us over till our new one was installed, but the freon kept escaping really fast. They then let us borrow a window unit which helped cool down our living room area.
One night it got so hot in the house. It was almost 10:30pm at night, so I called and the tech was almost home and he turned around went back to the shop got

Had our home air conditioner replaced last summer. Chester came out the same day we first experienced problems with our old unit, and they were able to install a new unit just 3 days later. Great job! We've had 2 minor issues since then; a bad breaker and a faulty theromostat, (neither of which was their fault)...Chester came out the same day I called on each issue and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. No charge-they stand behind their work! I would recommend Buckhalter to anyone who needs a new a/c unit or a tune-up on their old one.

From start to finish - from dealing with their knowledgeable sales people to their competent installers, to sitting back without the worry of a faulty AC unit while living in hot Florida the back of my mind - doing business with Buckhalter Heating & Air has been an A1-experience that has instilled faith and a sense of well being for me with their company.
