We used the hourly Moss Handyman Service for three hours. Jeff got everything done on our list and even some things that were not! He installed a new light fixture, repaired cabinetry, hung pictures, installed a mailbox, and more. He noticed our door was swinging open improperly and suggested he could fix it right away. We were very pleased with his work and his work ethic. He was prompt, helpful, and professional.

We used Moss to build a 2nd story addition onto our Arlington rambler/ranch. From the start, the Moss team was professional, on time, responsive and great to work with. At no point did we ever feel any pressure to commit to their services or did they push anything on us that we did not ask for. They simply listen to you and design around what you describe. All of the work was done in house, from design, engineering and build. Once the project got started, the communication with their team only increased. We just wrapped up the design phase of a bunch of different projects, including two bathrooms, a sunroom, and garage-to-guest room renovation. Our house was built in 1885 so every little thing is a bit trickier and more complicated. Through it all, the team has been thorough, responsive and just plain smart since day 1.
We can't wait to see our final designs come to life. Demolition work just started a couple of weeks ago, but even that crew has been meticulously clean and very thoughtful. Sean, Liz and Emily and been with us every step in the way and we can't wait for the big reveal.

Moss completed our full basement remodel with bathroom and laundry in under 3 months! We were happy with the respect (especially during the pandemic) and attention to detail they approached the project with, and the results are fantastic. They weren't the cheapest bid we received, but having recent experience with several local contractors, we specifically wanted to work with them because of their reputation and design capabilities. I used Moss Building & Design for a complete kitchen and bath (3 total) remodel. Plus, they replaced my builder grade carpet and vinyl with a luxury laminate. I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and overall finishes. From the bespoke drop zone and benches to the out of the box flooring and cabinets - the caring attention to my home was obvious throughout the project. From my first meeting to the last – my team (Nick, Matt, William, David, Ryan and Bo) did an exemplary job. I highly recommend using Moss for your home projects.

We recently finished a 6 month renovation with MOSS where we redid our entire first and second floors of our home. The renovation included a two story foyer conversion, 4 bathrooms, a new kitchen, and a new mud room. We spent 6 months working with our design team to plan the remodel. We are grateful for our designers innovative ideas, their creative and clever use of our existing spaces and their help in making many key design choices. We hired Moss to Design and Build out our 2000+ Sq Ft Basement this past year. The entire team did an AMAZING job. Basement was unfinished prevoiusly so blank slate to work with. Project incuded full design of Theater Room, Bar, Billiards Room, Guest Bedroom and Bathroom, Wine Room and Under-Deck area.
