I started Kramer Logging with a passion for trees and chainsaws. I got my start as a timber faller and still spend much of my winters in the woods hand cutting veneer timber. After watching a few youtube videos on urban tree care, I took aerial tree work and urban tree maintenance classes at Mid-State Technical College in Wisconsin Rapids (2017).
It takes a skilled eye and a trained hand to properly prune a tree. Pruning a tree in its youth is vital to a healthy and safe tree structure in the future. Improper pruning can lead to excessive decay and even tree failure or death. Disease is often spread through improper or untimely pruning. If you are at all unsure about when, how, who, or even if your trees need to be pruned give us a call!
