DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
On April 4/25/17 we hired Ramon's Transportation to move our brand new Samsung refrigerator. The evening prior we spoke to Rudy Tellez, manager and owner of the company, to ensure knowledge and ability to move and relocate without damage to appliance. Rudy Tellez guaranteed satisfaction stating "we have need doing this for 100 years". WE ARE INSURED AND BONDED.
To be extra cautious we purchased packing wrapping (corrugated wrap) for the movers to wrap prior to move. Worker, Alonso, refused to wrap and stated we don't need that, we have furniture blankets. Again we

UNBELIEVABLE!!! DO NOT HIRE!!
We scheduled our move with the OWNER!. We had
A very tight schedule....We had all our staff ready to go. THEY WERE A NO SHOW! Now we're stuck! Called their offices and only get the dispatcher who can't do anything. The owner won't take our calls. Absolutely the worst service EVER! Totally left hanging.

The service I received was all around exceptional! The gentleman scheduling the move was professional, polite, and was able to quickly and easily work around an unforeseen scheduling conflict successfully. The actual movers were pleasant, professional, and very hard working. They didn't damage a single thing, even when maneuvering my furniture into a tight multi story building. I couldn't have been happier!

I just called and some man answered who could barely breath and could not have been ruder. I had no idea what he was mumbling into the phone, and when I told him I couldn't understand he barked at me and said, "tell me what you want to move?" He could not have been less friendly, so I told him he didn't seem interested, and I was no longer interested. Where is customer service in a business where there are so many options. He was awful.

My wife and I hired Ramon's to move six pieces of furniture: a refrigerator, our washer and dryer, a large bookshelf, a chest of drawers and a pizza oven. We described each piece of furniture and its location in our house to Ramon's before we hired them for the move.
Upon arriving, Ramon's immediately refused to move the pizza oven and tried to talk their way out of moving the refrigerator. Their driver blamed us for not letting them know what we had hired them to move.
Ramon's workers tried moving the large bookshelf by dragging it across our wooden floors. Their efforts left deep scratches

Incredibly unprofessional, never got back to me even when I explained how urgent my matter was. Instead of just saying they couldn't do it they kept making excuses leaving me in a very difficult position. If you value customer service go elsewhere. They act like they are doing you a favor instead of the other way around.
