We had a large hornet's nest in our yard, and from the moment I called NW to ask if they could potentially reach something twenty feet off the ground to when Patrick, our tech came over, everyone at NW was incredibly friendly and helpful. Patrick climbed our neighbor's garage roof and used an extension pole to get rid of the nest, it was very tricky, and definitely a precarious position, but he did an amazing job. Super friendly, professional, cleaned up the remains of the nest and was kind enough to explain to our neighbors everything he was doing as he did it. It was really a pleasure

I've been blessed to have H.L. as a friend since high school & we always reach out to eachother about animal issues! Well, two days ago she reached out to me about a Pest Company that came to Everett - NW PEST COMPANY out of Waltham, MA (781-891-5313) that placed two unsecured traps on top of a house - yes, ON TOP OF A HOUSE to trap wildlife that were in their natural habitat. Brad who is Commercial Division Manager is the best. Answer all my emails fast and was honest about the work I would need or not. Price was very affordable and I didn't have to wait long for them to come out. Patrick who did the work at the house was amazing as well. Went out of his way to make sure we was 100 percent happy.

While I can't comment on NW Pest Control as a business, I am forced to review one of their employees. Knowing Keith Parrish from a business networking group and speaking with others about his abilities as an exterminator, I asked him to handle a mouse problem at my office. The first visit went well as he showed up and apparently plugged holes that he thought were where they might be coming in and maybe set some traps although I can't be sure. Unfortunately, that is where any service ended. I tried on multiple occasions via text and phone calls to schedule follow-ups and all were ignored

I reached out at 9pm the night after I found out the new place I was moving into had bugs. By 10pm the same night I had an appointment with John for 9am the very next morning.
John was helpful and reassuring that he would get rid of them. He said it wouldn't be overnight but gradually over a few weeks.
He sprayed the problem areas and things got a little better. When 4 weeks had passed and they weren't completely gone, I called John again and he came right out, free of charge, and put down some bait and again reassured me they would be gone soon.
Sure enough, within 2 weeks they were

The Best
We've been using NW Pest for 5 years now. When we moved in the previous owner had left their information and paid for the remainder of the yearly service. We stuck with them and they honored the previous owner's pricing. Not only are they great at what they do but everyone who has come out for service has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say enough about them

One of the receptionists I unfortunately had to deal with was beyond rude and completely unwilling to help. When someone in a customer service position responds with:
"I'm not really sure what you want me to do for you"
Id say that's a clear sign that some major training needs to take place.
When I called back to speak to someone different they were able to instantly help and send me the documents I was looking for... Shocking!
Aside from that one customer service representative (unfortunately didn't catch her name) everyone else was pleasant to deal with.

Can't recommend these guys enough. Worked with John. He came out right away and diagnosed my wasp problem. He told me mistakes a lot of people make ( me included) with issues like this and did a treatment to get rid of them.
It's great to work with a professional who believes in customer service. Pricing was also very reasonable. For short money use a pro.

I requested quotes for Wasp removal on Yelp and John provided the best price and due to the great reviews I'm glad I went with him. He was very responsive in setting up an appointment. The technician, Chris, arrived on time and explained what he would be doing. He also answered all the questions I had about wasps and shared some stories of dealing with them over the years. I was very pleased that he came into the house to tape up the openings in the window frames where the wasps could enter after the treatment. When I had this done many years ago, the technician did not do this and

I've been a customer for 4 years. I am on a quarterly plan and have been very happy the service they provide. The technicians have all been super helpful and professional. Brad Hall, our fantastic Sales Manager contact, has been extremely responsive, resourceful and a real pleasure to deal with. Whenever we had any type of bug issue, I can call or text Brad and he responds instantly and has been a true professional.
