I went to the flooring store to get a bid and purchase flooring. Horrible customer service, so horrible I left very upset, and with no prospect of flooring. The man I talked to, (who seemed to be the owner) stated that he doesn't do estimates and stated unless I planned on purchasing my flooring they won't do the measurements. He summarized again unless I am planning on purchasing the flooring they are not doing measurements/estimates because they are already booked out for the next month. What???
