Sean and his team did a superior job with the outside of my home. Pressure washed, sealed, chalk windows, painted doors, and painted all outside walls with two coats of paint. The house looks amazing. Sean is a true profession and focus on honesty and customer service.

Sean and his team are very professional, friendly, courteous and polite. I have used Sean Downs Painting for all my exterior painting. The first time he painted my home was in 2012 and I did not need to have my house painted until 2021. Awesome quality work, very detailed oriented. My husband and I can not say enough about the quality and professionalism of Sean and his team.

Sean Downs Painting just completed my exterior paint. This is a 2 story house. The team worked together and was extremely professional, and courteous. They have worked for Sean for several years. When they left for the day they completely cleaned up the yard/. They individually take pride in their work. The price was right. We wii be calling Sean Downs When we are ready for the interior.

Sean and his team of guys did wonderful work on a number of interior jobs for our house in Indialantic. They are very conscientious about the quality of their work, catching items that we didn't see and correcting them. For it to be good enough, it had to be good enough in their eyes.
We also found Sean and his team to be friendly and great communicators, about when they'd be here, what the saw, and what they'd do.
Highly recommended.

Sean and his crew were all very friendly, courteous, and easy to work with. They painted my home's exterior & pool deck and both look great. There were a few delays because of all this rain, but Sean ensured the job was done in time for my 4th of July pool party. The price was reasonable, Sean and his team were great to work with and my home looks wonderful. Thanks so much!!
