Hoomam of Alpha Flooring was very helpful in helping us determine the best flooring option for what our needs were. His team did a great job with the installation of Vinyl flooring throughout our home. I collected several estimates and found his was very competitive. The job was completed in a reasonable time frame (one day off from the original projection) and the finishing work was well done for the most part. We did have an issue with the finishing work around our fire place and I am still waiting to hear back from Hooman regarding a fix. It has been close to a week and I have yet to hear from

Great flooring company in Orange County that gives you the best price and still has amazing customer service. Don't go to the big box store when you can feel like a king here. They are great at carpet, tile, and any kind kf flokring. They give free estimates so don't waste money and get a free quote and save money and get better service.

I have worked with Mo for years .... first with my rentals and then with my home. He has always been honest and followed through with everything he said. The last item he did was my kitchen / dinning and family room in a all white swedish plank tiles with a black border ... it turned out very good. I was out of town when it was done but I came home to a completed project. He went ahead and put down an all new sub floor so all the rooms would run together seamlessly. I have just called him to come in and do my bedroom and to change out one of the tiles since my son dropped something on it and scratched

A great family owned and operated business that focuses on customer service! Prior to choosing Alpha Flooring, I researched multiple options for carpet. It seemed there was always some hidden fee or stipulation. Not with Alpha Flooring. They came to my home did accurate measurements, brought samples, and invited me to their shop to review even more carpet options. There was no pressure, only helpful advice. They were efficient, on time, friendly, helpful, and clean! They left my home and took all the waste/excess with them. They have even followed up after the fact to make sure I was happy with

I am writing this as a caution to others. If possible i would highly recommend doing business with another company. Dealing with this company this past month has left my Roommate and myself with half done floors broken personal items and a fair share of headaches. At the moment i am still waiting for them to finish a room less then 12 ft by 10 ft. The Initial estimates of time necessary for the project have gone out the window. One of the main issues is that of customer service. There have been more then 6 last minute cancellations. not in the form of a 24 hour notice but typically i am told
