Really disappointed in service. Just paid $630 per hour to replace a motor all while experiencing a technician trying to up sell me. Technician advised that my 9 year old Lenox system is at end of life. My complaint to parks customer service manager resulted in zero satisfaction and sarcastic response in " I'll make a note in your account that you don't wish to have technicians advise you ". There is a significant difference between advice and up sell. I requested to not have a technician that is paid on commission and to not pay $630 per hour. Parks is unable to support

We had used Parks a few times in the past because they were the initial installers of our HVAC system. We had mostly good experience with the service techs when we had to have a faulty part replaced on our heat pump (parts covered under warranty, labor was not, which is total BS). We ended up signing up for the bi-annual service plan to keep things humming along. When the first service came around and the guy was in and out in a short period of time, I knew this was a racket. And this week, those suspicions were confirmed. Parks came out in late April for the summer tune-up....all reports good

Air went out in the middle of the night. Anthony was at my house by 11:30 the next morning (on a Saturday!) He fixed the problem in an hour or less and was very friendly but professional. He explained what the problem was and what needed to be replaced. I am so grateful...we are literally in the middle of a heat wave! I would have had to go to a hotel tonight! THANKS

Honestly, would be a 1 star review if Sergio Martinez didn't come out recently and totally redeemed the company. He took great care of us and we can't thank him enough for doing such a great job. I'm sure no HVAC companies have rave reviews, but people like Sergio make bad experiences a little easier.

I had an issue with my air conditioning right at the end of our warm fall last year. Parks Heating & Cooling had a rep out to me at 5pm on a Sunday (a day no one should have to work!) and he helped assess the situation and set me up for success. They are always responsive and helpful when I have questions. The rep was even great with my dog, and careful in my house being sure not to track anything. I know they'll be helpful in the future for anything else.

Parks Heating and Cooling is perfect for our family as we set it up as a 'set it and forget it' kind of service. They call us to schedule appointments when it's time to service our heating/AC, they are in and out quickly and quietly. There technicians are honest (the last one told us our filter wasn't dirty enough to change and showed it to me to prove it) and polite. I would recommend!

I have been using this company for years in North Carolina. Every time I deal with customer service, or the technician or anyone there, they are extremely pleasant and helpful. My only regret is not giving them this review sooner. They deserve the recognition and praise. Highly recommended for a/c and heating problems and they're fast in responding.

The service techs I had were great, however, totally not pleased with the way the company ran me over. I first called because I suspected a leak on my fairly new system. I had the same thing happen just a year earlier when it was only 1 year old. Tech came out and charged me $89 to "diagnose" this. The leak was confirmed, unit was filled back up with freon, and I was told there were indications I would just need to have the unit replaced since this was my second leak on a newer system. I was called the next day and told the tech they sent was not experienced enough to tell me this
