Stopped by Arcadian Place by chance one day and could not be happier I did. From my first meeting with Shatonia I was highly impressed with her construction knowledge. Throw in outstanding customer service and a genuine caring attitude about my needs/wants, I don’t think I could have asked for anything more. Built a 30x40 metal building with a 10x40 covered porch all on slab. She knows and had dealings with any phase of the construction process contractors I needed. Concrete, plumbing, electrical, septic, gutters......the whole package. I will be utilizing Arcadian Place again soon for a workshop

We purchased a metal building 26'x40'x14' with 40'x12' lean-to through Arcadian Place. Shatonia was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. We've met multiple times to review and ensure we've got the specs down correctly, making many changes along the way. She has provided us with a complete full service overseeing the concrete work and plumbing rough-in, and was out there meeting each of the contractors along the way, ensuring they do their jobs correctly (while wewere out of town most of the time).
