We were ready to finalize our kitchen deal and asked the sales woman to come by our house one last time to go over some last minute details that we needed to do in person at our house. She refused to come over. We stated that we were the client and we needed to be on the same page, but we needed her at our house to be more clear. She said we were pushing her around and refused. Please tell me where customer service has gone to. We remodeled our whole kitchen and bathrooms in Long Island, and if we needed our kitchen designer to come to our house she was there in a minute. They employee their own people and do not sub their work out. They are skilled and very professional. They do what they say and communicate well. Once they begin your job they stay with it as again they are not using subs. Excellent workmanship excellent company

We hired Calusa to remodel our master bathroom and couldn’t be happier. They were always on time, knowledgeable and professional. We utilized Calusa Kitchen and Bath to update our 1979 Florida kitchen and master bathroom. What a change!! We were completed satisfied with the entire process.
