SSSOOOOooooo disappointed with these guys lately!
We’ve used them since our arrival in southern utah 6 years ago. I raved about them for 5 years! (I think you get bragging rights when you live in southern Utah with zero cockroaches).
HOWEVER, we got a new guy and we’ve never had so many problems: mice, cockroaches, scorpions, in our house!!
We talked to the company thinking they would provide some sort of service to make up for the problems. Then we got billed.

We are new to the area, and we were referred to Shakespeare Pest Control. Every since they have been coming out to perform regularly scheduled preventative service, we have had no problems with pests. When we needed them to come out and spray for ants, they came out right away to take care of the problem. Our technician Dallas, along with all the other technicians we have had at Shakespeare, are responsive, timely, courteous and professional, and overall do a great job.

I rarely give out 5 star reviews (theres always room for improvement, right?) But Shakespeare has been on the ball since my first call to them. Our fist treatment was a gift to us from a client. We've since… signed up for quarterly treatments. On first visit, Ethan explained everything clearly so that I knew what he was doing. Even got educated on the types of cockroaches. Follow up visit due to remaining creepy things, left a message the evening before, got a call the next morning and Ethan was there that same afternoon! He was right on time and quickly did his work in the affected area
