I recently come to find out my disabled mentally and psychically elderly great uncle had a clogged toilet. he is local. he called main plumbing who showed up turned the toilet valve on used a plunger and easily problem solved. it was a super easy call and they sacked him with a 183 dollar bill, that's highway robbery. for something that took presumably less then 10 minutes locally, gas, milage time and effort did not cost enough to charge almost 200 dollars thats purely taking advantage of, I wish he had called me but as stated disabilities prevented him from thinking of other options. surely disappointed

In November our control board went out on our furnace that is only a few years old due to corrosion (This was an oversight on the company that installed it in the first place. They never put a cap on it where the water pours out so when the air conditioner would run it would leak right down onto the control board). Anyway it finally went and we had Main Heating and plumbing come replace the board. They were prompt and fit in my price range for what I expected. That was the good part. It was downhill from there. About a week later the blower went. It didn't really make any sense because

Really didn’t want to call a plumber to handle our backed up sewer system and thinking about paying an arm and a leg to replace pipes maybe. They came right out the day after we called them. He even suggested a fix for when it happens again, talked to my father on the phone, so we didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg. Would strongly recommend
