The main roof and penthouse of this impressive office complex was completely removed down to the concrete deck and replaced with a high quality, fully adhered TPO roof system. Utilizing a cost saving perimeter safety rail system, 22 individual balcony roofs were also safely installed.

The result: a beautifully installed, high quality roof system. Almost 3 million pounds of river rock ballast was removed from this 280,000 square foot industrial warehouse space.

Our condo association is a new Funderburk customer. We had some major roof damage on our 5-story building. As board President, I called Funderburk and described what happened. The manager came out the next day and inspected our roof, and we had a proposal to repair the roof right away. Their crew did the repairs on a very cold day and worked into the evening to get it all done. We are very pleased and relieved to get our roof repaired. Now Funderburk is our roofing contractor going forward.

The Funderburk staff installed a new roof on our Church's Social & Cultural Center in December and what a great job they accomplished. Prior to the new roof, Funderburk kept the old roof in working condition for many years, until funds became available to install a new roof. Their crew were very nice and preformed all work and clean up in a orderly and workmanship fashion. I would highly recommend Funderburk for your roofing issues.
