We had an extensive remodel of the central part of our home including opening up walls. The results are fabulous and we loved working with Matt and his team. While I was away on vacation, Matt Ziebart and company moved a wall in my dining room and opened up a window to the front yard that was previously hidden inside the laundry room. Framing, drywall tile flooring, electrical work, trim and paint. Texture match on the walls and ceiling. Newly placed outlets and switches.
The work was stellar, and I plan to have more done next year! Matt was great in helping guide us through some of those decisions and ended up replacing our countertops, some internal structural upgrades, upgraded lighting fixtures, as well as work on a design for finishing our 900 sq ft basement. Ziebart Construction did a good job on our kitchen remodel and new floors.
The process was fast, organized, and everything looks beautiful.
They weren’t the cheapest quote, but we liked Matt and we felt comfortable him.
There were some issues with communication on both sides.
With the remodel, we weren’t happy with the layout of the semi-custom cabinets.
The CAD drawings were 2-D so we couldn’t “see” how the cabs would look installed.
The virtual tour would have helped, but we had to pay extra to replace & modify some cabinets. We ended up paying about the same price as full custom

We bought a house in need of major repairs and a full house remodel.
Everything from ALL new cabinets to all new flooring, all new lights, all new indoor paint, complete master bath remodel, raising of the sunken living room, matching of the existing hard wood floors with the new flooring. Very extensive. Everything turned out very nice. Nobody can tell the difference between the new hardwood and the 20 year old hardwood...everybody just assumes it is all new. The new wrought iron railing needed extra bracing. A custom brace was made and installed.

Matt and his spouse, Jacqui, are great communicators and super creative. We would not have achieved the full potential of our remodel without their great ideas. Every sub-contracter offered great quality under Matt’s supervision. We remodeled a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a master bedroom. We couldn’t be happier and will use them again.

My carpet install was originally scheduled for Monday Sept. 14, but was cancelled due to the smoke. I was very stressed and anxious over this decision, as my condo would remain in disarray for longer than anticipated. Matt was great, he remained calm and supportive, saying that we’d work thru it. Fortunately, and I assume thanks to his effort, we were able to reschedule for only 10 calendar days later; thank you Matt for this reassuring approach around the hectic days thanks to our wildfires.

The project is handle by Matt and David. David is the person who complete most of the task including demolish and dry wall repair. We appreciate that he always looks into detail and have keep quality as high priority. For sure there was some argument between the billing and the schedule, but overall we complete a nice looking farmhouse style kitchen with light color wooden flooring. it is a good experience.
