5/10/21 ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! the worst experience I have ever had at a furniture store. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. I paid for my furniture in the start of March and STILL haven’t received ANYTHING. Just keeps giving the round about. Supposedly will be delivered sometime this Thursday 5/13 or Friday 5/14. Definitely will NOT be coming back nor will family or friends. I will be updating about the delivery and if on time.

I recommended & came to this store to my sister & brother in law because I believe in supporting local businesses and because I have previously purchased a bed & stairs for my nieces son and the product a bunk bed with stairs that had draws in them & we paid for the installation & the service was good.
We were in the store mid February & we purchased a bunk bed with stairs/storage & 2 mattresses as well as the installation. The delivery took a significant amount of time and I called them on a regular basis & each time I was told everything was delayed because of COVID & they were trying to reach

Myself..my Mom and my son went in this store this past Saturday to look for my son a bed..When we first entered there was no greeting just stares from the people who worked there like we didnt belong in there. I did speak when I first came in but no one spoke back..It was 2 ladies and a man who worked there. We still walked through the store and no one ask us did we need help or what we were looking for so we decided to leave .Even leaving the store they did not say a word. Gary was great and went above and beyond to help us out. We bought bunks many years ago. Unfortunately when we moved houses we lost some hardware for the bunks. He let us find the parts needed and did it with a smile. Great experience when we bought the bunks and service many years later. Strongly recommend buying from them.

Best locally owned store to buy a bed. Just a simple twin frame was all we needed; we went online (because there's aren't any furniture stores on the East Side for cry-eye!) and searched all the usual ship-from places and were disappointed. Just a simple bed, quality made, nice finish, nothing fancy, so that the kid doesn't have to sit on the floor. We ended up finally at Bunks and Beds and were absolutely delighted. Salesman was low-key, selection was large, easy in and out. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE, a good bed, at a great price.

We just bought our 2nd bed there and we are very happy with it. I have been in there quite a few times to look, purchase beds. and bedroom assesories. Beds are good quality and very reasonably priced! The salesman was also knowledgeable. However, the only issue I do have is that every employee that I have had contact with each time I go there, especially the lady at the desk, is not friendly at all. They aren't rude, they just aren't friendly. That being said I would go back there for the quality and prices of the furniture, I just dont have high expectations that anyone will be personable

Over priced and unfriendly staff made for a bad experience here. Ladies behind the counter talking the whole time when I was the only one in the store needing help. Then when I asked for help they seemed irritated. My husband and I left.

Do you even know how hard it is to find a futon mattress (not the frame) in a local store? I didn't want to spend big bucks at the better known location within MKE, I just needed a cheap mattress to use on my frame for a couch. I called this place before heading there, and the man who answered gave a very thorough answer as to what they had for us to look at.

I am so impressed by this locally owned business. The entire staff was so helpful! I got exactly what I needed. The futon I purchased for my guest bedroom is so comfortable! Also, the prices are amazing. Other futons from big furniture stores were twice as expensive, half as comfortable, and ugly! I was so impressed by this place that I took my step-sister, who is in college, when she went looking for a bed. The first review of Bunks & Beds says pretty much everything I wanted to say. I would just add that the service is very friendly yet low key. They really do not bother you if you just want to walk around and look. I bought a really nice staircase bunk that cost about half of what I saw similar beds for on other websites. This is the only place I will go when I need bedroom furniture for my kids.
