Amazing!!! I bought a used dodge ram from Westbury jeep. The whole buying experience was quick easy and their staff was extremely friendly!
When i got the vehicle home i noticed a few things on the vehicle that i had not noticed at first look nothing big but just little things that i felt the need to ask about…the manager Keith took the time to sit down with me go over any issues i had and didn't hesitate to fix them event if he wasn't required to! Personally i felt like i was more important then the deal which is rare in 2022! Couldn't be happier!!! I recommend with confidence!!!

Ronnie was so helpful to my daughter and I, he made car shopping easy an a great experience . He was all over finding the Compass she wanted and kept us up to date as to where the car was and when it would be at the dealership. It’s my daughters 2nd compass and what an interior upgrade is was. She absolutely loves it. Jeep did a great job. Ronnie was amazing at preparing all the paperwork and having the truck ready. If your looking for a Jeep, Chrylser or Dodge this is the place to go. And definitely ask for Ronnie Maniaci !!

The staff was extremely helpful I had an great experience using Westbury Jeep. It is like no other dealer, Ronny Maniaci was great to deal with he worked with me and explained everything and was honest and wasn’t trying to hide and hidden fees like normal dealership do. And Gianna was a great help by setting me up with Ronny and making this process so easy. Was in and out of the dealership in record Time good job guys.

Spent over 12 hours across 3 days at this dealership. Ira, the person who sold me my car was there with me every step of the way. He explained everything to me and made sure I was 100% comfortable with my decisions. Amy, the finance manager also worked with me to get me the best deal possible.

We’ve been looking for the right car for awhile, especially with the lack of inventory everywhere. I can genuinely say that Ronnie and his team had my actual best interests at heart, something I haven’t experienced with any other dealer. Ronnie was more than willing to work with both our goals for a car and our budget and find us something that fit. He never pushed. He never insisted. He was upfront and honest about every car that he showed us and he found the perfect fit for us. I know EXACTLY where I’m going for my next car. If you want honest, this is it.

I had such an incredible experience at Westbury Jeep from start to finish. Being that this was my first major car purchase, I had a ton of questions throughout and was somewhat nervous I would speak with pushy salesmen and women but it was actually the opposite. Every step of the way, I felt like part of the Jeep family.
Initially, I spoke with Nicole Salmon who helped me settle on the Westbury location for my factory shipped Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport. Keep in mind, I live in Yonkers/New Rochelle area so I had closer options, Westbury had THE BEST customer service and THE BEST perks and amenities

The absolute worst customer service, if you can even call it that, in service department that I have ever seen! No one returns phone calls, including the GM! Every time you call they send you to voicemail. They guarantee loaner at sale and the one time I needed one it took me four days and many calls and messages to get. There is only one person that I would recommend in sales, Brian Thomas, who helped me get the loaner. Other than that I have never received a phone call back from a single message! I will physically have to go there to get an update on my vehicle that was promised last week. Absurd

It's been a week driving my new second hand car and love it. Sales men are good. They're kind and appear to be honest. A couple of little things I thought should be mandatory such as giving the customer a full tank of gas, a fresh car wash. The car was clean but it could have been washed. Other then that all went well. I would recommend this dealership.
