Called in, they said they would call their technician and then that technician would call me in a few minutes. I waited 20min after not hearing anything before calling back. Someone different answered the phone and apologized, said the technician got hung up and he would call him to see his status. After 10min the original lady called back and said that she didn’t have any technicians available for me. It is not okay to keep people waiting and deceive them about someone coming to help.
