Barns and Buildings is a design to build company, which means there are no set of plans for you to choose from. We custom design your home based on the information you provide and work with you on every detail, so no 2 projects are ever the same. Just get a rough floor plan layout, a few Pinterest pictures of your dream home and a must-have list similar to one you would give a Realtor and we do the rest!
Barns and Buildings will design your dream home if you have a sample floor plan or picture of your "dream" home or you can work with our favorite designer. We will work with any finance company to ensure you get the rate you deserve and can include everything in your construction loan. The Gambrel design offers a 2nd floor that allows you stack hay as hign as a mountain or for wide open living. A classic style that has been a traditional barn of farms and ranches thru-out time in this great counrty of ours. The Gambrel can be made into any "barn home" or classic barn. Barns and Buildings also specializes in interior detail, we line all our buildings with tongue and groove to give extra insulation and stability to the structure.

They built a barn house for me. Like a previous complaint said they do not honor warranties. You would think with a new house the ceilings would not literally fall down, the outside porch is rotting & falling down. They claimed the used treated lumber but the companies I had come out to give me a new bid to fix it said absolutely not treated lumber.

If you are looking for a barn then check out this family-owned company. They built us an amazing western barn that we really enjoy. They were flexible and we now have an amazing space that we use constantly for guests, meetings and parties. Very pleased and would build again with them.

Not only did Barns and Builders build our 6400 square feet wedding venue in 3.5 months but they did an amazing job. The craftmanship is impeccable and we constantly recieve compliments on the beauty of it. The crew even stayed all night the night before our first wedding to help clean up and Amanda helped set up the entire next day. Steve and his crew were so easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them!
