Before I begin I need to say that I give VERY FEW 5 star reviews. Mark from Blue Valley Garage Door installed a new Chamberlain belt drive door opener on our double door. He removed the old builder installed opener and moved it to our single door after he installed the new one on the double door.
Mark then pointed me to a new keypad since the old keypad would not work on the new opener. He also helped me to pair it to the new opener.
While he was installing the 2 openers, he also gave both doors a checkup and tuned them both up and now they are both as good as new and quiet.

What a great company run by a great guy. I guess I’m just confirming that all of the other reviews are accurate.
I have a customer service based business of my own and am frequently disappointed by the “only game in town” attitude of many local businesses. Mark does not conduct his business this way.
When I called because the opener in our shop had quit, I was already frustrated by Overhead Door Company (their sticker was on my door) and their inability to follow-up or through with my calls or requests. So glad I stumbled on Blue Valley Garage Door! Mark was quick to return my call. He

I gotta say mark is amazing.. I needed my garage door motors and system installed and and without any hesitation mark was came over saw what was needed done gave me a price and should as he said he would .. Mark did an excellent job installing my two new garage doors. He found me exactly what I wanted and didn't try to sell me something that didn't need or want. Super professional. A few months later when I had my opener go out he helped me find new openers that would meet my needs and help me get my new vehicle in the garage. 100% recommend Mark and Blue Valley!
