We recently completed the "dreaded" window replacement home improvement - we've been putting it off for 5 yrs now. We spent a good 12+ months researching online and in person as to which windows and installer to use. We settled on Total Home KC at the recommendation of others and other contractors who use them, and we also settled on Marvin Integrity windows (fiberglass exterior, real wood interior). We have casement windows and they are not cheap, or easy to replace. We had 33 total panes of glass replaced - 17 windows out of 19 in the house - all complete frame replacements

These guys are fantastic! It's so hard to find contractors that really know what they're doing and are also so much fun! One thing that really impressed me is that they are very honest with you, even if it means talking you out of a project or into a smaller one. They really seem to put the needs of their clients above their own. They also put a lot of attention into educating you about your options and ongoing maintenance. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Great customer service! I live in another state and own a house in KC area. I needed help when a storm did damage to the house there and they worked with us to make sure that everything got taken care of and we didn't need to make a trip out there in the middle of winter to try and deal with all the complications. They did some other remodeling work and again, made it possible to do it long distance and get quality work - they went the extra mile!
