Bob Lipovsky of Nautilus Builders completely rebuilt our home after a disastrous fire in 2007. Mr. Lipovsky came highly recommended to me by a colleague at Georgetown University Hospital. Unlike other contractors we had hired in the past, Bob was on the scene every day supervising and monitoring the work. As a result, the rebuild progressed smoothly with superb quality and attention to detail. He completely rebuilt our home and added a third floor and elevator. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bob and Nautilus Builders for any project you may wish to undertake.

We are so grateful to Bob Lipovsky for his kindness, patience and trustworthiness throughout the major remodel of our 1920’s bungalow. We’ve lived through a couple of minor renovations in past homes, but this was our first huge, multi-room project. We needed someone with the experience to guide us over the hurdles, and the conscientiousness and heart to treat the project like it was his own. We found all that in Bob (at a good value to boot!), and are glad we have someone to call for future projects in our wonderfully updated home.
