This innovative, introverted house design has all the advantages of the outdoor like: the nature, and the abundant lighting are brought inside to make the space lively. This west facing building has been designed in such a way that the amount of sunlight and heat is reduced by pergolas at different levels in this micro climate area.
The site is quite large for an urban house, so it was possible to have a beautiful lawn on the East side. This unique concept of achieving a spacious house in a limited plot size is the basis for many of our new villa designs. The concave curved facade which is primarily facing the South side invites Southern breeze, and brings it into all parts of this intelligently designed home.
The unique combination of voids and projecting masses assembled in a balanced proportion forms the the main feature of the facade. The long frontage has helped in forming a unique front massing, further to enhance the feeling of spaciousness a very large lawn in the front is provided.

You need to have at-least 1200sq ft of land. Minimum proposed construction area of about 3,000 sq ft is required for us to take it as a project. Less than that will not be a viable project for us. Please make sure that you come with a mindset to give us maximum freedom for designing, so that we can deliver the best result to you.
