Mr Pugh is professional, friendly and provides great services. He answers your questions and know his business. I am very happy with how clean my carpet turned out. His rate is fair and reasonable. We were moving out of our rental to purchase a new home. Pugh's Professional Carpet Cleaning was the first person we called based on the reviews we saw online and it was worth every penny. He was there earlier than scheduled and ready to go, very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to go over areas of the carpet that he was unaware of. My daughters room was the "worry" room. We found paint and makeup stains that had probably been there for years and he was able to get them out and looking like the carpet was brand new (and that's with 2 dogs, 1 with bladder problems, and 4 younger kids)
