Buy and sell your like new furniture, accessories, artwork and lighting on consignment. Over 95 % of consignor inventory sells during the 3 month term. Learn more about how our staff can assist you with consigning your items with Surroundings! From accent pieces to large items, our store provides a variety of home decor offerings.
Pricing is usually 45-65% of purchase price based on quality, condition, age and saleability. We will set a date to take in your items, most times within a week or two and refer services to pick up your items. All items are consigned for a 3 month term, 50/50 split with discretionary pricing. You may pick your items up at any time during the 90 days.

I purchased a table and two night stands and paid a trucking company to go pick it up, and Surroundings didn't give them the table when they arrived. Surroundings said the trucking company didn't ask for it, and I said you had the sales receipt you should have given it to them. Surroundings said, "Well have the trucking company come back and get it", and I replied "no because I have to pay them hourly." I had to arrange to find someone with a truck to go back and pick it up. I live in Naples and Surroundings is in Bonita Springs.

I called there two weeks ago to ask about an item I saw online, the gentleman that answered said he was busy and couldn't help me right now, he was actually pretty rude, told me to send an email which I did along with a picture of the item I was interested in, still haven't heard one word from him, P won't shop there again

Absolute worst customer service. Alex "in charge" is arrogant and
condescending. Consignors BEWARE!! When you bring in your precious goods for Surroundings to sell on your behalf, just know that if a customer breaks it, or someone walks off with it (we'll never know because they don't provide proof that your beloved item was really broken and not stolen), they don't let you know of this and they care NOT to compensate you in any way. No future credit towards a purchase in their store, NOTHING! I do not recommend Surrounds. They are way overpriced and the management couldn't care less about you

Beware of the way this store does business!!! I bought an aqua painting that was painted aqua in 3 sides and black on one side. The way it was hung in the store, the black side was not visible. When I went to hang it in our bathroom the only side that was visible was a black side with weird spots on it. Alex refused to even give an in store credit and was very rude. He said it was my responsibility to identify the flaws even though it was hidden the way it was displayed in the store. The saddest part to me is that this is a store that has some really unique pieces. Unfortunately, honesty and integrity

This is a very large furniture/consignment store. It has higher end items that are both used and new. Also, some items have been used to stage model homes. The prices for consigned items do seem higher than many other furniture consignment stores in the area. However, the quality is higher and they did indicate that they are negotiable. Very pretty displays.

Bought a patio set at a good price after our reasonable offer. Had it delivered the next day. There was a mix up with delivery but customer service is very responsive and our issue was taken care of quickly with courteous care. Many of the consignment stores in the area can display less than acceptable items at a premium price. Surroundings has a great selection of furniture appropriately priced.

The best consignment furniture store in Naples! Because of their sales volume, there is quick turnover of products in the store, so every time I go there (a lot since I am in the market to buy some furniture) there are a lot of new products on display.
And, I must point out, the store's assortment reflects the great taste level of it's Buyer. This is not just another consignment furniture store... it's the best.

Love the merchandise there but I spent A LOT of money there while on a trip in Naples! My couch I purchased was missing a button & it was tuffed so now I have to get it fixed that was 800 my so called CUSTOM king size bed was not so custom it had NO bottom to hold our mattress! What a waste of
MONEY!!!! Seriously !!!! I called didn't even get a manager on the phone said not there no phone call back! We were redoing our home so I never unwrapped it I didn't dream it would be missing a bottom! I purchased a headboard for my daughter that is fine! A simple phone call would be nice

If we could leave no stars we would! Left furniture with this company when the consignment time expired we reached a verbal agreement they would extend consignment for another 30 days. When we stopped in 2 weeks later to check they had sold 2 pieces and never contacted us. When questioned they pulled the "your contract has expired" and kept all of the money. I would urge people to not use these criminals. They are shady & can not be trusted.

Their stuff's so nice, they'll sell it twice! Literally ... This review is based on an experience at their other store, since closed, but same operation/owners etc. I found a really great piece that was quite special, unique and definitely one-of-a-kind, fell in love with it, and decided to buy it, but we couldn't take it that day as we had our convertible and needed to come back with a larger vehicle. So, I inquired, was told that's fine, paid for it IN FULL, and went on my way. Three days later while getting ready to go pick it up, I find out THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE
