On 5/12/21, After buying my fence through Home Depot and agreeing to a picket fence of my liking, Bergo Fencing installs a privacy fence. I explained to the owner and contractors on site, it was the wrong fence on the day of install. We have violent winds coming around the corner, and I needed something secure and picketed to allow the wind to come through due to having a corner property. Well the owner told his contractors to install the fence anyway. I called costumer service immediately, and they never got back to me after generating a case number on 5/13/21. I have called customer service repeatedly

Not only did they rip out 3 difference fence types in just a couple hours, they also stood up a brand new fence and two gates in just 2 days! They were professional, confirmed all the details with me as they went, didn't disturb me at all while I worked from home and they worked outside. I got a quote only a day after inquiring, and they started the work 2 weeks after we agreed on the contract. Very quick turnaround. Highly recommend!!! Exceptional work.

Bergo sent two contracts. The first was a basic confirmation of price with the blue prints and materials we wanted. We agreed to this. Then they send a second contract requesting 100% payment (the absolute complete total including taxes) before scheduling to come do the job. This was a partnership through HOME DEPOT. Home Depot customer service provided us with another option and were surprised by the contract that was sent to us. I spoke with Robin at Bergo who blamed Home Depot.

I would recommend Berg fencing if you are looking for a good fence. They do quality work and very reliable. I am so happy with my fence and the nice job they did and also how it looks! Very easy to talk with figuring the estimation of the fence and also great price. It is a five star. The job went so easy and no problems also company been in business for awhile!

When I first decided that I needed a fence for my home- Ray came over to my house and provided me an estimate the same day I called. Not only that, he did not pressure me into a sell. Instead, he gave me some great options for my fencing and gave me time to decide. Bergos Fencing is an incredible Fencing Company. I just had my really nice aluminum fence installed yesterday (I own a row home) and I love it and so do my neighbors. Bergos Fencing is a credible (seriously legit) and incredible company. The owner Ray is an incredible professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process of when my fence will be installed- it normally takes some time for materials to come in and he made sure the materials were there on time for my installation.
