John, you came highly recommended for some plumbing items needed at my second home. You came out to look at the work needed to be done, but never gave an estimate, which was odd but again you were recommended by someone that we believed we could trust and trusted you. A date was scheduled and you came out and installed a dishwasher, sink faucet, garbage disposal, replaced angle stops, and connected stove to gas. You left the job for another call then cancelled twice before coming back out to mount the microwave. We were flexible with your schedule, although it is not selfish for a customer to think
