We had a pretty big project which included new flooring throughout the entire house, knocking down a large wall to open up the kitchen/living room area, new countertops, new backsplash, installation of a kitchen island and a board and batten wall. Moore Custom Remodeling installed hardwood floors, tile floors and is currently building a covered deck and we couldn't be more satisfied with the work they do!

We had a very bad experience with this company. We signed a contract for a new 2nd story covered Trex deck not lumber (we wanted very little maintenance) and new roof on Sept 23, 2020 at that time we paid a deposit of 60% deposit; which we thought was high. They never showed up until 11/1/2020, I came home and my old deck was gone, I had no idea they were even coming that day. We had asked them not to take old deck down until they were ready to start, because we have dogs and they go out that door. Then nothing until 12/8/2020, they showed up started working on deck. I had a really bad experience. I ordered cabinets through Jerrod and was required to pay the entire amount up front. Ended up waiting 4 months once base installation was done to complete molding and get inserts for cabinets. When the carpenter did show up, he did such a miserable job that crown mold sagged and handles were crooked. Did not look like nearly $11,000 worth of cabinetry. I had to use and pay my own carpenter to fix it.. Both Jerrod and his project manager Casey knew there were problems but never returned to address them or check the work. Nearly I had many professionals work on that

Mary and I chose Moore Custom Flooring to replace our kitchen linoleum with the easier-to-clean and maintain luxury vinyl, and we couldn't be happier! Casey and Jarrod graciously accommodated our schedule change (my brief hospitalization) quite well, and promptly rescheduled to fit ours.
