Good quality work. Any concerns I had they resolved. Crew was very respectful of house, had to leave the house unsecure to paint garage and front doors and no issues with their integrity. The Crew were also very respectful of the neighbors, good interaction with them. The neighbors appreciated that. They uncovered a small section of wood rot, and was able to fix that very well. I was impressed with the quality of work on that!

We had a great experience with TCB! From the time the terms were accepted to when the project manager called to say they could begin work was in a matter of a couple hours. Communication with the salesman wasn’t super quick but the project manager and the crews work was exceptional. The crew was respectful, nice, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely used TCB again fo any future painting needs. Thank you for the excellent work and service provided!

They are the worst painters I could imagine. They looked over my job, interior, exterior and cabinets. I was told 3 maybe 4 days. 2 weeks later they still were not finished. Prep work was awful. They did not fix any nail pops or holes, some outlet covers removed some not, overspray everywhere, countertops trim floor, my new appliances. The only thing they missed was my carpet. After giving them specific orders not to open the garage they left that door and the front door open allowing my cat to escape. She came back after being in a thunderstorm all night. I found 50 defects in my kitchen alone

The entire experience, from the first phone call I made to ask for an estimate, to the finished product, was seamless and professional! Their estimator was incredibly polite, timely, and professional. Scheduling was a breeze, as well. The paint crew was friendly, kept things super clean, and were great about communicating the day’s plan to me. They painted the entire exterior of our home, and had it done quickly and efficiently. We initially considered painting our home ourselves, but TCB made it well worth every penny. Incredibly affordable and saved us a ton of time! We would highly recommend

UPDATE - 03/22/2018: Was contacted a few days after posting my initial review by the owner, Jaylon (spelling?), who was not made aware of my experience until seeing my post here on google. He apologized about the initial issue, making good on the price and the work. It was well done and completed quickly. They took the time to diligently protect every surface not being painted prior to work with plastic and masking. I appreciate the follow up, the effort and taking the initiative to please your customers when a concern is discovered. Mark (Account Associate?) and Omar (Painter) are great employees
