This company is a Gem. They go the extra mile. They accommodated my busy schedule. They were willing to meet with me after hours, so much so, we signed the contract under the street lights on the hood of the truck. They were able to replace my roof in one day. I highly recommend this company. They work with your insurance company and will get the job done quickly and professionally.

Michael Simmons was courteous professional & has a willingness to please. He was on my roof three times trying to prove to the insurance company that I had storm damage. He was able to give me a great deal on a new roof. It was with outstanding materials, designer colors & technology. I watched many of YouTube videos on Roofing. The roofing crew was outstanding and did everything properly. I was amazed the roofing crew was able to complete my roof in one day. I would highly recommend Michael Simmons and JACO to anyone!

With Insurance companies trying to force the change of policies and/or increase rates. I chose to have a roof inspection done by a "professional roofer" not a insurance chosen roof inspector. MD Simmons inspected the roof at our property (for us) and found that the longevity & quality of our roof is MUCH MUCH higher than the insurance company's roof inspector that inspected. A FULL & detailed report was submitted to our insurance company, NO change in policy or rates will apply now. Thank you again, MD Simmons.

Now! I must say this I didn’t trust anything at that point when Mr Simmons knocked on my door. 6 weeks late with a new beautiful roof, they did a great job. Mr Simmons kept me informed every step of the way. The clean up was great! Would recommend to anyone!

Michael is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and straight forward to deal with. I felt comfortable throughout that he was on top of the process. The crew worked hard for 3 days over a weekend after the scope of work had to be expanded because the damage was more extensive than anticipated. The price was fair for the work done. I recommend Michael and intend to use him for future work.
