Services
Originating as Royal Patio Manufacturing, President and owner David Peace re-strapped furniture for hotels and condominiums on the west coast of Florida. In 1991, he was able to move the business from his backyard to a 12' x 24' storage unit located in Bradenton, FL, where his manufacturing equipment grew to include a diacro hand bender, a chop saw, a drill press, and a welder.
Windward Design Group(R) offers the following consumer residential and commercial limited warranties, to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase. The residential warranty is not valid for product used in a commercial application. All warranties are valid from the date of purchase, to the original purchaser only.

Be very careful if you purchase furniture. I ordered a table and chair set and paid $3700. Shortly after I noticed scratches on one of the arms. When I looked underneath the table I found screws that protrude out and they scratched the arm. The company will not cover this under warranty. There website states they have quality product and stand behind their service but I can't get anyone to speak to me. These screws should not have been sticking out! They should be recessed or covered. For $3700 that is not the quality and customer service I was looking for. Buyer beware.
