Kitchen Kraft did an amazing remodel to the kitchen. They are very professional. I liked the fact that they started the project after all the necessary parts were staged so that way it can be completed according to schedule. Jim and Rob and the rest of the crew were great to work with. Overall quality is great and totally changes the look of the home.

We had our kitchen remodeled in 2008. It looked fabulous. We did notice, though, that over the last several years one 24 inch cabinet that extended out past the adjacent 12 inch cabinet, located above our refrigerator, had begun to drop. I eventually got a hold of Justin who met myself as well as a rep from the cabinet company. Justin had Bill come out and did a fantastic job! The cabinet is upright again, and the replacement crown looks great! Fantastic team work Kitchen Kraft!

Al Deen, the Bathroom remodel specialist visited my home and I explained the basic remodel project we wanted a bid on. The budget was thoroughly communicated - and that the project was going to be a basic remodel as we plan on selling the property in less than 1 year. I was very specific on the design I wanted, already having spent significant time researching material, fixture and labor costs as well as forecasting preliminary project man hour estimates. Our budget was determined to be accurate (+-20%) in gathering quotes from other reputable sources.

I could have never designed on my own what Kitchen Kraft's designer Jim Deen designed. SO happy with the end result. This company is with you throughout the whole project..from early decision making, shopping for products, demo, electrical, plumbing, installation, etc..leaving the work area sparkling.

Just up front I have to say that I didn't use this business to remodel my kitchen for various reasons, but none of those reasons had to do with the experience that I had with the company. She had great ideas, was willing to work within my budget (taking into account that when I first contacted her I had no idea what this project might cost or how much work I could afford) and was very professional. I would certainly go to them again for an estimate, although with a better idea of what I could spend and what features I really needed. So, include them in your list of possible contractors

Kitchen Kraft updated my kitchen (granite countertops, tile backsplash, sink & faucet). I received estimates from several companies and their price was the same as other companies. Things I like about Kitchen Kraft:
Designer does the free estimate instead of a salesperson.
Respectful of customer's budget.
Willing to take time to find products the client loves rather than have them settle for what's in stock.
Genuinely wants to make the client happy.
I plan to use them again when I tackle my bathroom update next year.
