We have worked with Jannsen Design on several big projects (including bathroom and basement remodels) in our house and we can't say enough about Neil and his crew. They have done excellent work, are professional, and easy with which to work. You can ask Neil, I am a very picky client but they worked with me to get the results I wanted and did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them for projects big and small.

I offer praise for Jannsen Design. From conception to finish Neil and his highly skilled professionals pay attention to detail. We, too, were so pleased with a bathroom reno that we had the same crew back to do our kitchen this spring. Neil is an excellent communicator, a creative designer, and ever calm! He was on site frequently. His crew is TERRIFIC. Craftsmanship is alive and well at Jannsen Design.

Think twice before hiring this contractor. He did a small reno project for us two years ago that he said would take at most 6 weeks and instead it took 6 months. Among other problems, near the end of the project, when the grout was falling like sand out of the new shower, he had the audacity to say we should be fixing it ourselves. Nightmare experience.

My husband Todd and I hired Jannsen Design back in 2004 to renovate 2 bathrooms and tile our kitchen. Neil Jannsen, the owner, was very involved with the project and gave us great advice on colors and design. Five years later, we are still thrilled with the work. So thrilled that we have hired them again to finish our basement. Imagine how surprised we were to find the exact same crew.... a rarity in this industry. The crew is professional, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. Most importantly, the work is completed timely and with in budget. We love Jannsen Design.... you will too!
