They do Aptments in Downing Missouri. The man that came wss rude and only sprayed the living room not the kitchen or bathroom. He was rude to not only me but others in the complex including the manager. The man that sprayed before him was nice and easy to talk to. I'd like to see him come back not this rude worker no it all. He needs to be retrained and if he wants to work with the public he needs an attitude adjustment

We’ve been working with Big River for about a year now and have been pleased. They come for our regular treatments but when we’ve had other issues in between they are quick to make it out to us (even though we live a ways out). The techs are always friendly and respectful. I also appreciate the call ahead whenever they plan to come out.
