My journey in America has not been one that I would have fathomed when I was a teenager in Ecuador. I have used C.E.T. Painting twice now over the past 5 years. Once for staining our deck and a second time for staining the exterior of our house along with carpentry work to repair rotted wood siding all around the house. My experience from estimate through job completion was great, they stayed in touch throughout, were very responsive to my questions and requests along the way and have been back to follow up on things a couple times after job completion. They do quality work at great value and I would highly recommend.

We hired CET Painting to refinish all of our kitchen cabinets and they did an AMAZING job, from start to finish. It was a large amount of cabinets which they removed and sanded and sealed, primed, painted etc and then re-installed and it all looked truly brand new. There was also some small woodwork to be done and that was seamless as well. We already had a painter hired but I'm sure if we had them paint the house they would have knocked that out of the park too! I had been struggling to find a painter for my property as previous painter who I had used for years vanished and it seemed that everyone else was overbooked. Nothing but praise for this company and team. Every neighbor on my block took time to proactively let us know what a great job it seemed like Carlos and his team were doing and wanted to know the name of the company. Very easy to recommend their services. Their work was precise, they showed up on time even though rain really threw a wrench in all their schedules, cleaned up every day, and left the site spotless.

We highly recommend this painting company. Carlos and his employees are all professional, pleasant and hardworking. After power-washing the house it looked cleaner than at any other time over the last 17 years. They also power washed the slate decks and the furniture. We were very concerned about nailhead rust showing on the white, solid- stained cedar siding. Carlos had a product and procedure to take care of that over the whole 2-story house. We used C.E.T. Painting 7 months ago for exterior soffit painting of our house. When it was time to think about painting the inside, there was only one contractor that I called. Carlos gave me a fully descriptive proposal with fair and reasonable unit pricing (not surprising) and we arranged for the work to be performed while we were not in the house for one week. This is a personal level of trust that we felt comfortable knowing that Carlos was overseeing the work with our designer/project manager. Carlos and his team are excellent painters. From the day I received his quote I knew CET would be good to work with. The quote is laid out very professionally with multiple documents clearly taking me (the homeowner) through the process. We agreed on a fair price and started 3 weeks later.

Carlos and CET were amazing!! They pay very close attention to detail, the walls and exterior are crisp, any cracks or damage is gone and completely unnoticeable. I have now had several jobs done now, exterior, doors, interior rooms; and both pre-covid19 and during. They follow all guidelines and are very aware of your concerns. They will ensure you feel safe. They are very reasonable and fair with cost.

Carlos and his team have done a lot of work for us over the last couple of years. Interior and exterior painting, installing wainscoting, deck repairs and painting, installing stair banisters and spindles, installing new molded doors, etc. Every time his crew is efficient and does high quality work. I hired CET to paint and do some minor household repairs. At first I thought the paint job was done well, but after I found several garments that were hanging in a closet ruined with paint. I contracted Carlos to replace sliding closet doors. I was replacing them because they were too short, several inches from the floor. Instead of leveling the new doors to fit the closet, Carlos measured the old doors which were in the garage, which defeated the purpose of replacing the doors. He later offered to replace the doors again for an additional charge. Additional charge?? Carlos hung a shelf in my laundry

I have worked with Carlos and his team at CET Painting three times over the past 6 or 7 years. He has painted our house in Westchester and our apartment on the East Side of Manhattan twice. Carlos is just terrific. He always delivers exactly as promised.
