Ryan was an incredible person to work with - kind, honest, hard working. When we were just exploring the potential of finishing our basement, he went above and beyond for us in our planning. Because we live a little outside the city and we were a small project compared to everything else going on, we struggled getting contractors to give us estimates and be willing to do the job. Ryan and Williamz Constructors were not those companies - He was willing to work with us, was very transparent, and communicated well throughout the process. He has a real heart for his customers and would recommend them

Ryan Williams was responsive to my request for a quote, and on-time for the appointment. Totally professional and honest in what I needed to meet my remodeling needs. He even took the time to contact my insurance company and referred me to a company that could handle the remodeling project.

This is one of the worst companies we worked with after 5 renovations. When we began the project we thought we were getting great value for quality work. However, negotiating the price down bought us the “B Team”! As such, the subcontractors they used were all terrible except the Plumber. The absolutely worst subcontractor was their painter. In fact, they knew the painter was terrible and continued to have them attempt to resolve the poor work. The next worst subcontractor was the flooring company, a personal friend to the owner!
Finally, they offer a one year warranty that they do not honor

Working with Ryan has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in relation to construction. I never felt as if me and my questions were not a top priority. Great communication, knowledge, and expectations set for the entire process set my mind at ease from the start. I will and have recommended them and will use their company again in the future. We interviewed several general contractors and Williams won us over with their professionalism and attention to detail in the quoting process. Williamz did a complete renovation of our kitchen (stripping it down to the studs) including design, new cabinets, opening up walls, hardwood floors, etc. We had various sub contractors in and out of our home throughout the process and they were all respectful of our home and professional.

One thing I appreciated about Williamz was Chris and Ryan met with me, spent time and showed they understood what we wanted. They provided architectural rendering for us to proceed. The bid was comprehensive. From the start, I felt I was dealing with builders who were experienced and based decisions on integrity. We have been pleased with the result - we love the room and outdoor space. The proof, as the saying goes, is in the pudding, and everyone who has seen the room has loved it, too.

I would gladly recommend Williamz Constructors. They walked me through the process of remodeling. They cared. Several times a week they came by to see how the work was progressing and always asked me if I had any concerns. The capable tradesmen were not intrusive. I was very comfortable with them all.
Williamz Constructors always explained the price of what I requested and gave me other options if something I wanted was out of my budget. I never had a surprise cost. They bill weekly for the work done. The invoice is itemized. No surprises.
