Sourdough has delivered my heating fuel for years. I could describe multiple times that they have bent over backwards to take care of us, including calling us to let us know the delivery person had noticed that our chimney stack had fallen off in the snow. Sourdough fuel is reliable, helpful, and has the quality of service that is, unfortunately, rare in our country today. Thank you, Sourdough!!

Prices are reasonably cheaper than non bulk
It is well staffed but can only serve 2 trucks at a time so lines build up on some days

Amazingly how fast was able to make purchase and have large tank a fuel pumped. Got the counter seem to be having a bad day but the guy pumping the fuel made up for it. Overall great experience great price

Heating oil is always a fair amount cheaper. Also much faster than going to a pump at a gas station. You can also order other bulk oils for your vehicles.

Sourdough Fuel has been absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences of my existence. Their inability to explain their accounting effectively is astounding and maddening!! My perception, due to all the different balances and stories regarding why I was told I have a $285 credit but really no credit and I have a zero balance, is that… Sourdough fuel (Petrofuel) is a dishonest company!
Sourdough Fuel cannot clearly state my account: Amount of oil in tank (minus my work discount) = amount I paid you. Show me the zero balance and I'm golden.

We discovered we were out of fuel at 8am this morning. As I was driving to work, I passed a sourdough fuel truck just down the street. My daughter called the order in at 8:15am and fuel was delivered by 8:36am!! We are very appreciative of this outstanding service.
