Officially started in 2012 as FMS Lawn and Landscape, Founding Partner's Joshua Way, Jason Walker, and William Webert, came together to provide lawn & landscape maintenance services for a locally owned property management company.
Quickly after establishing the company, the Management Team decided to grow outside of the initial client base, changed the business name to Toledo Lawns, and now provide lawn and landscape maintenance services to over 300 Commercial & Residential properties in the Toledo Metro Area.We commit that up to 100% of our workforce will be selected from the available talent pools residing in the Toledo Metro Area and bordering SE Michigan Areas.

This includes establishing or reestablishing borders between yard, gardens and driveway, and also ensuring optimal levels of mulch are in place. Ensure gardens thrive, and pathways look their best this season. With the change of seasons comes a need for weed picking, evening out gravel driveways, leaf raking, grass cutting, and tree and hedge trimming and pruning.
At Toledo Lawns, you will receive professional support for all phases of your project: From consultation to maintenance, we will gladly take care of your concerns. You can choose between a full planning or an individual consultation, between the sensible integration of existing elements or a completely new design.
Toledo Lawns is Toledo, Ohio's sod installation specialist. Toledo Lawn and Landscape's Sod Specialists offer services for commercial projects of any size. We are experienced in Sod Installation and have the work force and equipment needed to tackle even the biggest projects. We offer our Toledo Lawns brand sod installation services throughout the Toledo area including in Sylvania, Maumee, Perrysburg, Monclova, Springfield, and Holland, Ohio.

Toledo Lawns has done a wonderful job for our condo property for the last two years. Employees were courteous and polite and knew what they were doing. Clean up was ok, but could be improved upon. Will talk to Josh before next year. However, based upon previous trimming companies we have had in the past, Toledo Lawns is the best by far.
