The HOA decided to use Summit Fence to replace our back fence. The workers just started cutting the fence down and access the premises without notification that they were onsite to start working on the back fence that faces the street. Was told they were going to be there a week earlier. Luckily I don't have dogs but if I did they would have been out in the yard and this could have ended badly.
They cut the fence down and placed the new metal posts and then disappeared as they continued to complete all the other houses on my block and started working on the houses across the street but left my

I had Summit Fence construct a 300’ cedar privacy fence at my new house. Everything about this company was exceptional. I received a quote from the owner via email in a timely fashion. The quote was almost a thousand dollars cheaper than the competition which made me really nervous but after talking to the owner I became more relaxed. He was easy and laid back to talk to and not an over pressured sales person like some, so I decided to book it with him. His crew showed up on the first day and got to work. Had Summit fence install over 600 ft of Cedar Fence. The owner, and crew were very courteous, and professional. The price quote was within a few dollars up or down from other companies in the area, however Summit was willing to complete the job weeks before the other companies were able to even though he had other jobs going on at the same time.
The workmanship is great, straight as an arrow, and the fence looks great. Other than some minor warping of the gates, which is a wood issue, we are 100% satisfied with Summit fence. The job was even completed 1 day before the quoted completion date.

Greg asked for more money than quoted before he'd start, he was 2 weeks late starting, left without installing or providing 2 post caps, and cut straight through a sprinkler line. Now that it's Summer I have a gushing sprinkler system that he told me they nicked when they cut it with a knife. I offered a chance to fix it but he told me that his warranty doesn't cover his damage to my sprinkler system. On the plus side the fence looks nice and he's flexible. Too many negatives for me to recommend these guys.
