Ivan and his crew completed two projects for us, and they were professionals in every sense of the word. Ivan took meticulous notes on what we wanted, including painting, changing light and faucet fixtures, and replacing flooring. During the process, Ivan and his crew found some problems we had not discussed, but still fixed them within the timeframes they had quoted. Pricing for both projects was extremely reasonable, and Ivan and his employees were authentic and dependable. We would highly recommend hiring Ivan and his crew for any home project. The contractor was hire to power wash the house, repair wood damage around the house and garage, replace the front stairs and repaint the deck. The contractor and his team took the time to make sure all tasks were completed professionally. We had hired previously to paint the interior of my house. Overall, 100% recommend this company. Additional work done-all outside: replaced front porch posts and steps. Replaced mailbox post. Outside painting included front porch, shutters and trim at roof line. Pressure washed house and concrete patio. Ivan's crew did great job. Very professional. Cleaned up and removed all debris. Ivan very responsive, kept me informed throughout process and was flexible when i added a few adddional tasks.

NB Construction LLC did a great job cleaning our gutters and also installing gutter guards. Ivan completed the work in a timely manner and was very professional. Ivan and his team are great. I had them repair some drywall, paint two rooms, extend some pipes from my house to prevent water damage, and install new ground fault outlets. I was extremely pleased with the work done. Ivan and his team are diverse in terms of their skill sets and do high quality work. I would recommend them for any job within your home.
